Choose your Spices
Cinnamon, vanilla, almond extract, orange zest, tonka bean, cardamom, roasted fennel seeds, lavender flowers.

Almond cake recipe with peaches
70 g ground hazelnuts
145 g ground almonds
20 g wheat flour or light spelt flour
1 tsp cream for tartar
2 eggs
50 g coconut oil, melted or vegan butter
100 ml agave syrup
1/2 tsp Spices of your choice (see blog post)

22 cm baking pan
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and line the baking pan with baking paper.
Wash the peaches and cut them into wedges. Mix ground nuts, flour and lemon zest. Put the eggs in a second bowl, mix with coconut oil and agave syrup. Add liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and stir. The dough is fairly liquid. Place peaches on the batter, laying the skin down.
Now bake for 50 minutes. Check with a wooden stick whether the cake is ready. Then let cool in the mold for 5 minutes and then completely on a wire rack. Cut into slices and enjoy.
Depending on the fruit or berry selection, the baking time can vary.
You can also bake the cake with flax seeds or chia seed eggs.
