We say hello to the weekend and I think we can make it even better with a pear bread. But this is not only a simple pear bread, we packet chocolate and caramelized nuts on the ingredient list.

Oh yes! We loved the result.

INGREDIENTS FOR Moist Pear BREAD WITH NUT  Topping

bread tin: 20 cm

120 g wheat flour
120 g wholemeal wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp. Ginger powder
pinch of salt
100 ml maple syrup
2 organic free-range eggs
80 ml oat milk
1 tsp vanilla paste
2 pears, peeled and diced
100 g butter (vegan)
2 tbsp chocolate drops

topping:
2 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp butter, vegan
2 tbsp coconut sugar

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the bread tin or cover with baking paper.
Topping Ingredients: Melt the butter and sugar and stir in the almonds. Put aside.
Mix the flour with baking powder, ginger powder and salt.
Melt butter in a saucepan and simmer for 4 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Then stir in the milk, syrup, vanilla and eggs.
Mix the flour mixture under the butter mixture. Fold in pears and chocolate drops.
Pour into the tin and sprinkle with the topping.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Allow to cool completely before cutting.

Enjoy it, Love Kathrin
