Creamy Cauliflower soup

Creamy Cauliflower soup

400 g cauliflower
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
500 ml vegetable stock
80 ml whipped cream (alternative plant based)
50 ml white wine
1 bay leaf
salt
black pepper from the mill
Lemon juice
nutmeg
also
parsley
chopped olives

Divide cauliflower into florets. Chop the onions and garlic finely and fry until soft in olive oil. Don’t let it brown. Add the cauliflower and bay leaf and deglaze with white wine. Fill up with the vegetable stock and simmer for 20 minutes with the lid closed.
Remove the bay leaf and add the soup into a blender and blend until everything is smooth and creamy. Put back in the saucepan, add the cream and some water if needed. Season with salt, pepper, grated nutmeg and (lemon juice).

Creamy Cauliflower soup

Easy cauliflower soup recipe. This soup recipe is quickly made and the ideal lunch or dinner if you don't have much time. Serve with bread.

Ingredients
