These brownies are super easy and quick in the making They are moist and very satisfying. A fabulous delicious dessert. For the chocolate sauce I used my chocolate spread, just warm it up in the microwave and drizzle over the brownies. YUMMY!

Best use your favorite dairy free dark chocolate for an ultra delish result. You can use also any kind of plant based milk. I love to use oat milk.

Dark chocolate brownies

Dark chocolate brownies -one bowl recipe

100g spelt flour
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
180 ml oat milk
70 g raw cane sugar
80 ml coconut oil
65g dark chocolate
1 flax egg, mix 1 tbsp flaxseed meal with 3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180 °C prepare an 15 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add flax egg, milk, oil, melted chocolate, sugar and vanilla and mix to combine. Add in flour, cacao, baking powder and mix until smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick is inserted and comes out almost clean. The ultra thick and one bowl dark chocolate brownies. They are moist and very satisfying. It's a quick and so delicious dessert.

Ingredients
