It is ideal as a dessert or as a snack for in between. It has a fine and soft note that comes from the panna cotta and a nice fruity component of the fruit.
It tastes incredibly good when you put everything in small, beautiful glasses and put it in the fridge. Especially in summer. Give it a try, it has far fewer calories than the traditional variant. But who counts calories when it comes to dessert!

PANNA COTTA WITH MANGO ORANGE SAUCE
3 servings
Panna cotta
240 ml coconut milk, sweetened
120 ml soy milk
1 tsp agar agar
1 tsp vanilla extrakt
2-3 tbsp sugar
Mango sauce
1 mango or 150 g frozen mango (thawed)
Juice of an orange
1 passion fruit
optional: 1 tsp sugar
Put coconut milk, soy milk, vanilla, sugar and agar agar in a saucepan and simmer while stirring for 2 minutes. Fill in jars and let cool completely.
For the mango puree, pass the passion fruit through a sieve. Then puree with the mango and orange juice.
Spread the puree on the panna cotta before serving and enjoy.
