This post is also available in german/deutsch.split pea hummusToday the chickpeas remain in the can. At the weekend there is a fine and creamy split pea hummus. We used dried split peas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and cumin. Enjoy the meal!

Split Peas

Peas are healthy, have vitamin B1, copper and are true protein and protein delivery rates. We also like to use them in soups and stews. You can also use them for patties or as a filling.

A versatile and delicious legume.
