peach spice bundt cakeThis post is also available in german/deutschHello! Today I really need a Bundt Cake a Peach Spice Bundt Cake. In the past, my grandmother was always in charge of delicious cakes and today I have the honor to continue it. I can still remember on her Marble Bundt Cake and her Hazelnut Cake. So delicious.

Moist Peach Spice Bundt Cake

INGREDIENTS FOR PEACH SPICE Bundt Cake

1 bundt pan
375 g wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
4 organic free-range eggs
1/4 tsp cinnamon
6 cardamom capsule, freshly ground (gives a different flavor than purchased ground cardamom)
230 ml of sunflower oil or other neutral vegetable oil
180 g of brown or coconut blossom sugar
80 ml of milk, for example oatmeal

4-5 peaches, peeled and cut into cubes
20 g coconut blossom sugar

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the bundt pan well.
Mix peaches with sugar. Set aside.
Mix the eggs, sugar, spices and oil well with a hand mixer. Mix the flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, add the milk, and beat on low-medium speed it all until the batter is completely combined. Batter is thick, yet silky. Add 4 – 5 tablespoons of the dough into the prepared bundt pan. This will give you a smooth surface after baking.
Now add the peaches under the dough and put everything into the bundt pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Look now and then that nothing burns, otherwise set the temperature a little lower.
Make a stick sample. If still dough gets stuck, bake until the chopsticks come out clean.
Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 1 hours inside the pan. So he lets himself dissolve well later. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.

Enjoy the meal!
