Hi. I just come over very quickly to say hello and to share this delicious peach ice tea recipe with you. The weather is nice and warm and this cool peach ice tea is the ideal summer treat. Ice tea consists of sweet and tasty peaches, fresh black tea and brown sugar. Enjoy your ice tea!

Peach ice tea
5 peaches
1.5 liters of water
4-5 tbsps of brown sugar or more, depending on your taste
Juice of a lemon
2 tsp black tea or 2 bags
Ice cubes
Core the peaches, cut them into slices and add peaches, sugar and 1 liter of water to a saucepan. Let boil for 10 minutes.
Put the peaches and the liquid in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour through a sieve and mix with lemon juice and the rest of the water and then let cool.
Bring 250 ml of water to the boil and let the black tea steep for 5-8 minutes. Sieve and let the tea cool. Mix the peach juice and black tea.
Place ice cubes in a jug or glass carafe and add the peach iced tea. Garnish with peach wedges.
Enjoy your ice tea cool.
