Hello my dears. Love this Chocolate Hazelnut Cake because the dough goes fast and you don`t have to wait. We mixed the dry ingredients together and then poured into the wet ingredients. Stir everything just for a short time, so that no more flour is visible. This is the third time stirring actually already the case. Add to the greased baking pan and bake for 45-55 minutes. In under 1 hour you have prepared a juicy and delicious cake. So easy!

You can grind the hazelnuts yourself, or you can already buy ground hazelnuts. If you want to grind the nuts yourself, roast the hazelnuts in the oven. They are ready when the nut skin bursts open and the kitchen smells wonderfully of hazelnuts. With a dishcloth you can scrub the skin off very well. Allow to cool and then grind finely in a blender. Buy hazelnuts in a good and fair quality.Chocolate Hazelnut Cake

I can’t wait to try this recipe! I have a lot of hazelnuts I need to use! I do have a question about the measurement for a packet of baking powder?
    Thanks so much!

    Hello dear Katherine ,
Because of my crazy love for hazelnuts I could’ve helped making it right away after I saw it on IG ! It turned out absolutely delicious the only thing it was very very crumbly . Did you have the same issue ( I wouldn’t even call it an issue because the taste was just awesome !!!)
    Thanks a lot !!

[…] If you like you can dust the cake with powdered sugar or you can cover the cake with a chocolate ganache. Like this nut chocolate cake. […]
