Hello beautiful morning and hello chia pudding. It´s such a long time that I had my last one. And know I missed my chia pudding very much. So creamy, delicious and healthy. Where have you been for such a long time?
And now my chia pudding is back with my favorite combination. Vanilla and cherry. Omg so good. And the best, it so easy!! What I your easy prepare breakfast favorite?Chia Pudding with Cherry Jelly
3 tbsp chia seeds
220 ml oat milk
1 tbsp of maple syrup
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt
1 cup of frozen cherries
1 tbsp brown sugar or coconut blossom sugar
Pinch of cinnamon or vanilla
1 tbsp cornstarch
The evening before. Put chia seeds in a screw-top jar, it’s easiest way or you can put them in a bowl. Add milk and maple syrup and shake or stir. Repeat 2-3 times. And then off in the fridge overnight or let it swell for 1 hour.
If you want hot cherry jelly you can do it at best in the morning otherwise you can prepare it the night before.
Put cherries with sugar and a little water (1tbsp) in a small saucepan and thaw over medium heat. When the cherries are bubbling well, add a pinch of cinnamon / vanilla and mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Add to the cherries and boil briefly while stirring. Remove from heat and pour into a small bowl.
In the morning / or after 1 hour:
Whisk the chia pudding again and add the yoghurt and layer in a glass or bowl with the cherries.
Who likes add chocolate granola on top. Ready!
Chia Pudding Base
Oh yes that`s the start. You need Chia seeds. Black or white and both are fine. Liquid (milk, water, juice) and sweetener if you like. Add all the ingredients in screw-top jar. I`s just so easy with this method. Okay and now let`s shake.
