You can easily make your own delicious and vegan white bread recipe. You will see that it tastes really good. We are of the opinion that many a mass article is literally out of rank.
With a few ingredients and after a very short time, a very special bread is on your breakfast table.

Use very good quality flour, you will notice it by the taste. The baking pan should be approx. 28-30 cm long.
White Bread recipe | easily made by yourself
500 g spelt flour (type 630)
140 ml oat milk
140 ml water
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 cube of fresh yeast
1 tsp salt
40 g soft vegan butter
1 tbsp vegan sour cream
Put the flour in a mixing bowl and mix with salt. Warm the milk and water lukewarm and dissolve the yeast with the sugar in it. Add the milk-yeast mixture, the butter and the “sour cream” to the flour and knead with the dough hook for 5 minutes.
Shape the dough into a ball and leave covered in a warm place for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 3 equal pieces and form into balls. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes on a lightly floured work surface.
Grease the bread pan a little and put the balls in it. Let it rest covered for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Fill an ovenproof bowl with 50 ml of hot water and also place it on the baking sheet. Bake the bread between 30-40 minutes.
