Two Healthy Smoothies
Ingredients
Pomegranate Power Smoothie
- 150 g of frozen raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 mango
- half a pomegranate jewels
- 300 ml soy milk
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Post Workout Smoothie
- 1 handful of baby spinach - fresh
- 1/2 mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 kiwi
- 1 piece of ginger - hazelnut-sized
- Juice of a 1/2 lime
- 250 ml coconut milk
Instructions
Pomegranate Power Smoothie
- Place all the ingredients in a Blender and blend until smooth.
Post Workout Smoothie
- Place all the ingredients in a Blender and blend until smooth.
