Smoothie ingredients

We love pomegranate because they contain potassium, which is important for the muscles, heart and nerves. Trace elements such as iron are also among the ingredients, as are B vitamins.

raspberries: The vitamin B content is relatively high. They strengthen the nerves and have important functions in the metabolism. high percentage of vitamin C. The body needs this, for example, to build up connective tissue.

mangos: Good for the immune system: at 37 milligrams per 100 grams, the mango is definitely one of the good sources of vitamin C.

1 ripe banana
1/2 mango

300 ml soy milk
Juice of 1/2 lime
