This post is sponsored by Lee Kum Kee. This post is also available in german/deutschSweet and Chili SoupHello friends of Asian cuisine, today there is a tasty sweet and chili soup with noodles, which will certainly taste excellent.
The noodles are simple and fast-to-prepare Asian-style noodles. Of course you can also use glass noodles or similar.
In addition to noodles, the soup also contains crisp vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, spring onions and zucchini.

Sweet and Chili SoupThe whole dish is prepared very quickly and easily. Great right?
With spice sauces from Lee Kum Kee we rounded off the soup traditionally, hot and fiery.
The spice of the individual sauces gives the soup a typical fine, sweet, Asian and slightly spicy taste.
Sweet and Chili Soup
150 g of asian noodles
1 zucchini
2 carrots, strips
1 small cucumber, strips
2 small peppers, strips
1 onion, rings
1 clove of garlic, chopped
20 g of fresh ginger
2 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee bright soy sauce
1 tsp miso paste
1/2 tsp salt
750 ml of hot water
2 tbsp canola oil
1 red spring onion
30 g fresh coriander

Cook the noodles separately according to the package instructions, rinse and set aside. Turn zucchini into Zoodles.
In a saucepan, briefly fry the oils, onion rings, garlic, ginger and miso paste.
Deglaze with hot water and add the Zoodles, bring to a boil with salt, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce to taste.
Continue cooking on a low heat. Add the carrots, pepper strips and cucumber cubes. Remove from heat.
When serving, add the coriander, the finely chopped spring onions and the pre-cooked noodles.

Bon Appetit!

Tip 1: Cut the Zoodles one or two more times before cooking.
Tip 2: we strips the carrots with a vegetable planed.
Tip 3: you can also cut the herbs and serve them separately to the soup.
Tip 4: Just try different noodles. That´s really fun.
