When the sun floods through our bedroom window in the morning, I get out of our warm bed and start a good day. I often prepare our breakfast in the evening. For this, I soak overnight yogurt, oats and bananas in a bowl or jar. Or just only a Strawberry Milkshake.
When I make smoothies, I often try new ideas, but I prefer to stick by my simply one – almond milk, strawberries and bananas – Voila. It’s not exciting but incredibly delicious.
Sometimes I also add yoghurt into it, it gives a creamy and thicker consistency (which I love).
Tip: Use yoghurt, orange juice, oatmeal in a smoothie and maybe a banana and you have a long saturating genial meal.
1 cup Strawberries frozen or fresh (ripe)
300 ml almond milk
2 El yoghurt Optional
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1 minute. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
