Enjoy a healthy twist on a childhood classic with this creamy peanut butter and banana smoothie that’s packed with protein! It’s made frozen banana and blended up with natural peanut butter and our favorite protein powder. Perfect for your post workout breakfast or snack!
protein powder: I made this a post-workout smoothie by adding a scoop of vegan vanilla protein, but you could also add a 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. You can also leave out the protein powder!
oat milk (or milk of choice): feel free to use any milk you’d like in my smoothie recipes according to your preferences.

Peanut Banana Smoothie with apricot puree
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 dates soft
- 1 tsp protein powder vanilla
- 250 ml oat milk
- 4 apricots pureed
Instructions
- Add all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add Apricot puree in glasses pour smoothie over it and garnish with linseed and cocoa nips.
