There’s a next delicious and healthy smoothie. It´s time for a strawberry mango smoothie without bananas but with hemp seeds and ginger. Mhhh it’s so creamy and tasty.
Since we’re in the middle of winter, there are of course no fresh strawberries but we need frozen ones anyway. They are just as tasty and are frozen when ripe.
This strawberry mango smoothie is:
- without bananas
- fast in the making
Strawberry mango smoothie
1 orange, peeled
150g / 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp ginger
200 g / 2 cups frozen mango
250 ml / 1 cup almond milk or oat milk
250 ml /1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1 minute until the smoothie is creamy. Add liquid if desired.

Strawberry mango smoothie with ginger & hemp seeds
- 1 orange peeled
- 150 g frozen strawberries 1 1/2 cups
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp ginger
- 200 g frozen mango 2 cups
- 250 ml almond milk or oat milk 1 cup
- 250 ml coconut water 1 cup
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1 minute until the smoothie is creamy. Add liquid if desired.
