Whether as a quick breakfast or after sport workout. It provides vitamins, magnesium and trace elements. Clementine banana smoothie
5-6 juicy clementines
1 frozen banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp coconut yogurt
125 ml coconut milk
100 ml water
Peel the clementines and remove any seeds. Put all ingredients in a high-performance blender and mix everything to a creamy consistency. If necessary add more liquid ( water or coconut milk what do you like more)
Fill in glasses and enjoy asap.
Tip: Instead of coconut yogurt, you can also use other yogurt, such as soy yogurt vanilla, almond-based or Greek yogurt.
