Christmas is over as quickly as it came and after all the sweet cookies and treats there is now a super delicious and healthy clementine banana smoothie. Whether as a quick breakfast or after sport workout. It provides vitamins, magnesium and trace elements. So you will start healthy and fit in the new year and clementines are still very popular, so get the healthy citrus fruits.

Clementine banana smoothie
5-6 juicy clementines
1 frozen banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp coconut yogurt
125 ml coconut milk
100 ml water

Peel the clementines and remove any seeds. Put all ingredients in a high-performance blender and mix everything to a creamy consistency. If necessary add more liquid ( water or coconut milk what do you like more)
Fill in glasses and enjoy asap.

Tip: Instead of coconut yogurt, you can also use other yogurt, such as soy yogurt vanilla, almond-based or Greek yogurt. Ingredients

  • 5-6 juicy clementines
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 125 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

  • Peel the clementines and remove any seeds. Put all ingredients in a high-performance blender and mix everything to a creamy consistency.
  • Fill in glasses and enjoy.
