Especially when we travel a lot, these natural little bliss balls are ideal and practical. In addition to vegetable sticks, some fruits and delicious sandwiches, the Bliss Balls fit perfectly in the lunchbox.

Natural Pineapple Bliss Balls
125 g dried pineapple
25 g dried mango
75 g of cashew nuts
5 tbsp desiccated coconut
Add nuts in a food processor and grind roughly. Soak mango and pineapple in hot water for 15 minutes. Squeeze out the water.
Add mango and pineapple, pulse. Mix until you get a homogeneous and sticky mixture.
Add some water as needed.
Form balls and roll in desiccated coconutbli.
Keep the Mango Bliss Balls in a tin in the fridge.
