This post is also available in german/deutschHello everyone, in the next few weeks we will share healthy snacks. Sweet and salty and all are perfect for travel, for the office but also for at home.
Especially when we travel a lot, these natural little bliss balls are ideal and practical. In addition to vegetable sticks, some fruits and delicious sandwiches, the Bliss Balls fit perfectly in the lunchbox or in a screw-top jar. I also like to store them in the fridge. Not only pretty but also practical.
Healthy natural Mango Bliss Balls
100 g dried mango (soft)
50 g dried ginger (slightly candied or unsweetened)
75 g of cashew nuts
1/4 tsp Limezest

Add mango, ginger, lime and cinnamon and pulse. Mix until you get a homogeneous and sticky mixture.
Add some water as needed.
Form balls and roll in desiccated coconutbli.
Keep the Mango Bliss Balls in a tin in the fridge.
