Especially when we travel a lot, these natural little bliss balls are ideal and practical. In addition to vegetable sticks, some fruits and delicious sandwiches, the Bliss Balls fit perfectly in the lunchbox or in a screw-top jar. I also like to store them in the fridge. Not only pretty but also practical.
Healthy natural Mango Bliss Balls
100 g dried mango (soft)
50 g dried ginger (slightly candied or unsweetened)
75 g of cashew nuts
1/4 tsp Limezest
Pinch of cinnamon
3 tbsp desiccated coconut
Add nuts in a food processor and grind roughly.
Add mango, ginger, lime and cinnamon and pulse. Mix until you get a homogeneous and sticky mixture.
Add some water as needed.
Form balls and roll in desiccated coconutbli.
Keep the Mango Bliss Balls in a tin in the fridge.

- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
