EARLY BIRD OR LATE RISER?
I’m definitely an early bird. I love this time of the day, everything is quiet and peaceful. If I have time in the morning is very valuable for me.
With a cup of tea or a coffee, I think about what I could eat for breakfast, if I did not do that the night before before going to sleep.
This is my second favorite, to think what I eat in the morning haha.
Okay lets talk about breakfast. Is it your favorite meal also?
Imagine, when I was young, I don`t eat breakfast. I don´t like green or red stuff in my food too. My parents had trouble that I ate anything at all and today a felt eternity later, breakfast is my favorite meal and I eat almost everything.
Quick Berry Oat Smoothie
200 g frozen berries
200 ml Alpro Oat Original
1 ripe banana
Blend until smoothie. Pour in a large glas and serve with granola and fresh berries.

I have to confess with me it runs sometimes the same.

100 g rolled oats
150 ml Alpro Oat Original
pinch of salt
Dark Chocolate Drops
Add the oats, oat original and salt to a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add some oat drink as required.
Pour in a bowl and garnish with fruits and syrup.
