Vegan cakes

First mix the dry ingredients together and the wet ingredients separately. Don´t stir vegan cakes too long, otherwise the cake will no longer rise. The apple cider vinegar should be added as late as possible because once it comes in contact with baking powder and baking soda, it will work and blisters will appear. And we want to keep it and not lose it.

Grease the pan or line it with baking paper and preheat the oven. It´s so easy isn´t it.Cherry banana bread
