There are endless many breads, apparently 3,000 pieces alone in Germany.
And even baked bread is simply unbeatable. This whole wheat bread with sunflower bseeds is simple and not complicated. But still very delicious. Since I love sandwiches and “brotzeit”, I always have bread in the house.
Ingredients for Whole wheat Bread
400 g whole wheat flour
350 g wheat flour
50 g sunflower seeds, roasted
1 tbsp coriander seeds, ground
1 packets dry yeast
500 ml water, lukewarm
1 tbsp salt
Methode
Add flour, yeast, salt, coriander seeds and sunflower seeds in a big mixing bowl. Stir and add Water. Knead with the kneading. Let it chill for 60 minutes. Knead again and put into a baking pan chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Slide on the lowest track and pour a dash of cold water onto the oven floor; Quickly close the door, the vapor does not escape.
