Use a Fork than mixer

It is best to crush the chickpeas with a fork and mix in the remaining ingredients. In the mixer, the mass would become too smooth and homogeneous. And that’s how it looks beautifully handmade. Or what do you think?

VEGAN TUNA SANDWICH

75 g chickpeas
1 tsp capers
1 small red onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp almond milk
pinch of salt
also
2 slices of whole grain bread
Cucumbers
cress
spinach

Crush the chickpeas with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Top the bread with cucumber, cress and spinach and spread the vegan tuna on it.
