This post is also available in german/deutsch.Sometimes we haven´t time in the morning or we want to have nourishing smoothie for the go or for the work/uni. With good nutrients and proteins. And here are my natural protein smoothies. Every smoothie contains natural proteins. Like proteins from hemp powder or pumpkin seeds powder. They are healthy and easy in the making. Enjoy this smoothie in the morning , after your workout or for the work.
This smoothie is:
- healthy
- green
- powerful
- delicious
- creamy
- vegan
Green Energy Smoothie
- 1/2 cup of frozen green peas
- 1/4 fennel
- 1/2 apple
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 300 ml almond drink
- 200 ml of water
- 1 orange
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seed powder
- 1 handful of baby spinach
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 2 minutes. Add crushed ice for a fresh and creamy consistency. If you don’t use frozen bananas and peas.
This smoothie is:
- fresh
- sweet
- healthy
- nourishing
- delicious
Berry power Smoothie
- 200 g red frozen berries
- 1 ripe banana
- 300 ml oat milk
- 200 ml of water
- 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
