I really believe everyone knows and love chocolate marble cake. Whether in the box shape or in the classic variant in the bundt form. I always ate it by my grandma. The classic is made from two kinds of moist batter, one light and one dark.

With these tricks, your chocolate marble cake gets really moist
1. All ingredients for the batter should be at room temperature.
2. Always add the eggs one at a time and only the next one if the first one is well prepared.
3. Stir in the flour-baking powder mixture and the milk only briefly and then fill directly into the mold and bake. Then the batter stirs up optimally and doesn’t´t become tough.
4. Fresh eggs, preferably directly from a farmer. My cake gets a yellow color from our eggs. The chickens are all day outside and get high-quality food.

Extra Tips: Sprinkle the well greased shape with breadcrumbs, it´s easy to remove the cake from the bundt form. Do a chopstick test before the end of the baking time. If no sticky dough sticks to the stick, the cake is readyChocolate Marble Cake
65 g butter, soften
125 g of sugar
250 g flour
2 eggs from happy chickens, Size S
2 tsp baking powder
170 ml of milk, what do you like
2 tbsp cocoa powder + 2 tbsp milk
small bundt pan

Note: If you want to make a regular sized chocolate marble cake, just double the ingredients. And leave a little longer in the oven.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease the bundt tin well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Beat the butter with the sugar until frothy. Then stir in the eggs one at a time and add the next one until everything is well mixed.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into the bowl with the butter. Add the milk and mix to a homogeneous dough. Half the dough and stir in one half the cocoa powder and the milk. Started with the light dough and stopped with the dark dough.
Bake the marble cake for about 45-50 minutes.
Make a stick sample. Let the dough cool for 10 minutes in the mold and then gently drop onto a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
