Today I feel like waffles. With fruits and delicious maple syrup.
So right to the work, they are prepared quickly. If you want you can also enjoy the waffles with Consume sautéed vegetables or simply top up with something hearty. For the savory variant just leave off the sugar.
I make you summery and with fruits today.
Ingredients for the basic waffle recipe:
100g wheat flour, 90g corn flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/3 tsp baking soda (baking soda) 230 ml milk, 1 pinch salt, 1 egg, 30g melted butter
Preparation:
Mix the flour with baking soda and soda. Mix remaining ingredients together. Then mix both together.
Bake in the waffle iron and garnish as desired.
Ice, fruit pulp, compote, melted chocolate, cream cheese preparations and all sorts of syrup are also very good.
So then, enjoy baking and enjoying the waffles.

What other flour can I use if I don’t have corn flour?

you can use more wheat flour or buckwheat flour.
