Ohh how nice they are finally here, the 2nd Advent and St. Nicholas Day. Since visits to the Christmas market are canceled during these times and numerous cafes are closed, we thought that after beautiful walks in the partly snow-covered forests, a delicious cup of tea or coffee accompanied by a delicious mince pie can provide pre-Christmas joy. The delicious little tartlets with their delicious filling made from apples, spices and raisins create a delicious transition from autumn to winter. Just give it a try. You will see them create a good mood in a cozy atmosphere.

Hi! The mini pies look great, but I do not have a tray of the same size. What did you use? (what brand or how shall I look for something similar) Thank you!

      Hi Isabela,
thank you, happy that you like it.
I used a muffin tin (you can use with 6, 12 or 24 molds). I bought my on amazon.
You need molds with a size of 2 tbsp.
I linked a similar brand on the recipe card.
      Greetings
      Kathrin
