Hi friends! Hands up for these delicious Broccoli Pesto. Super green and super healthy.
Healthy and delicious Broccoli Pesto
Ingredients for Broccoli Pesto
100 g of broccoli, blanched
100 g broccoli rabe, if not available simply take normal broccoli
½ clove garlic, chopped
40 grams of walnuts
100 g green tagliatelle
2 tbsp olive oil
25 g of smooth parsley
pinch of sea salt
80 g frozen peas, thaw in warm water
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté, pepper.
Add wild broccoli and sauté for 5 minutes. Put aside.
Add blanched broccoli with parsley, walnuts, salt, 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tbsp olive oil, peas and about 100 ml of water to the blender and puree.
Stir in the EL soy sauce.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and serve with the pesto and the broccoli.
