Sweet potato turmeric soup | healthy and delicious

This post is also available in german/deutsch.Fitting for fall, there is a bright yellow sweet potato turmeric soup. With all its delicious spices, the soup is ideal when the cold starts. She is warming, slightly spicy and delicious.
Sweet Potato Turmeric Soup
2 sweet potatoes, chopped (600 g)
4 floury cooking potatoes, chopped (550g)
2 carrots, sliced
1 small orange bell peppers
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 hot pepper (spicy of your choice)
3 tbsp sunflower oil
parsley
600 ml of water
lime juice
spices
1 piece of ginger, finely chopped1 bay leaf
1 tsp turmeric
Pepper & salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp curry powder

Method:
Fry onions, garlic, ginger, spices and hot peppers in oil.
Deglaze with boiling water and bring to boil.
Then add peeled and chopped potatoes and sweet potatoes.
Cook and crush with a fork or similar. Who wants can puree the whole soup.
Add the bay leaf and sliced ​​carrots.
Simmer for another 20 minutes. Season with salt and lime juice.
Finely chop the peppers and parsley and place in bowls.
Pour hot soup on it and enjoy. Bon Appetit.

Is really a delicious soup and brings you in good shape.

Tip: You can also take fresh coriander instead of parsley.
Tip: Spices don´t roast too long otherwise the taste suffers.
