This post is also available in german/deutsch.Hello! Today we serve yummy Sweet Potato falafel with Sriracha yogurt sauce. These falafels are made with cooked sweet potatoes and chickpeas. They are crunchy and so good.
Sweet Potato Falafel
1 sweet potato -300 g
240 g chickpeas
55 g of flour
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt
Sriracha yoghurt sauce
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise (vegan)
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into slices. Bake in the oven 15-20 minutes. Add in the food processor with the rest of the falafel ingredients and mix well.
Shape a tbsp size of the dough in balls and fry in plenty of oil.

Put the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and stir well.
Serve with Sriracha sauce and salad.
-> You can also serve the avocado coriander sauce.
