The idea is really great, especially for those who have a small kitchen or are sometimes out with the camper and only have one stove. Today we serve a easy one pot pasta recipe, everything comes in one pot, what brilliant idea isn´t it?
What we need!
- Pasta: preferably spaghetti, linguine or bavette.
In any case, it should be a type of pasta that is al dente in 8-10 minutes. - Pot: The pot should be as large and wide as possible. Especially if you use long noodles.
- Herbs: basil, parsley or maybe rosemary or thyme
- Tomatoes: cherry tomatoes or date tomatoes
- Capers
- Olives: green or black, with or without a core
One pot pasta recipe
200 g spaghetti
1 tbsp capers
10 olives
250 g small tomatoes, red and orange
2 tbspof olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
550 ml of water, + more
1 small bunch of parsley, chopped
a pair of basil leaves
after cooking
fresh basil
- Halve tomatoes, core olives, halve or leave whole.
- Now put all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir several times during cooking with a tongs to prevent sticking. Add some more water if needed.
- When the pasta is al dente, mix in more basil and arrange on plates.
- Season with salt and more parsley.
- If you like, add cheese.
