This post is also available in german/deutschThis green honshu soup is very fine and consists of fresh, barely cooked ingredients.
This preserves many vitamins and nutrients. The preparation is very easy and above all fast. It tastes both in summer and in winter. In the seasons in between, of course, too.
The base of the soup is based on the core of the Japanese cuisine. The ingredients are freely chosen and don´t follow an original Nippon dish.
When enjoying you should be able to taste the individual ingredients clearly.
So we stay here close to the original taste. There is no feeling of fullness and so you can just prefer to eat a second bowl.
