This post is also available in german/deutsch.A fresh apple & blueberry crumble with creamy yogurt or vanilla sauce is always something very special and fine. Sometimes we eat it pure or with a scoop of ice cream. If it blubbles in the oven and the crumbles are beautiful golden yellow, it is ready. The whole apartment smells delicious of spices and baked fruits.Whether as a breakfast, dessert or lunch, a crumble is always great.
The crumble and the fruit can also be prepared one evening in advance. Simply distribute in separate molds and put in the refrigerator.
Before baking, sprinkle over the fruit and bake in the oven until golden brown.
Especially now that the summer is slowly coming to an end and there are the first apples, then our crumble comes into the oven and lets awake all the beautiful memories of this summer. The morning is cooler than it was just a few weeks ago, and light fog damage is moving across the harvested and dug fields. A soft bird chirping announces the day and on soft feet we make our way back home and enjoy a cup of tea on our fruity crumble.
