Weekend! For so long time I wanted to post my pizza recipe on the blog and never came to it. But now I finally made it. Super simple and delicious! I’m fan of pizza with a thin bottom. As in Italy, few ingredients but good products.
Such a good pizza dough needs only 5 ingredients.
That would be good flour, water, salt, yeast and olive oil. Very easily.
Likewise, I handle it with my topping. Although I have already made some other variants, but I love these the most. Sun-ripened tomatoes, spicy olives best with stone (but be careful when eating), high-quality mozzarella and arugula / basil. If pepperoni or artichokes are in the house, they will come along too.
I always put my mozzarella on the pizza afterwards. . Somehow has become my thing and tastes much better.
The hotter the oven, the better the pizza. And at the baking time it can take between 10-15 minutes. The tomatoes should bubble nicely. I make top heat shortly before the end of the baking time. But stay with it otherwise the pizza is black.
Ingredients for my Pizza Klara
dough
200 g of flour
125 ml lukewarm water
1 packet of dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Filling
passata
Olives.
Tomatoes, sliced thinly
pickled artichoke hearts, possibly halve
Pepperoni
Mozzarella, vegan alternative
arugula
Instructions
Put the flour in a mixing bowl and mix with yeast and salt.
Add water and oil and knead with the kneading to a smooth dough. Knead vigorously for about 1 minute.
The dough should only stick very easily. Maybe add some flour.
Cover in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees or higher.
When the dough has doubled, knead well again on a floured surface and then roll out thinly and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Spread Passata evenly, sprinkle with tomatoes, olives, pepperoni and artichokes.
Bake in the hot oven in the middle for about 10 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on the oven. Best to look again and again.
The finished pizza with mozzarella (I always mozzarella the mozzarella, I think tastes better) and rocket. Drizzle with a few olives.
Ready!
