Eggs? There was no mention of eggs needed. I thought this was a vegan recipe. Eggs are not included in a true vegan diet. I made this recipe today for my daughter who is driving 10 hours to come home for a week or so tomorrow. I did not put eggs in it. I hope it’s good. We’ll see. Now I read it needs 2 eggs. ?? I like this blog because there aren’t 10-15 photos of the same thing before you finally reach the recipe.
