Moist Ginger Brownies

Hi friends. It will be chocolaty today with a hint of ginger and peanut butter. Ohh yes you will love these ginger brownies. Since my first stay in the US. I fall in love to brownies. Moist with chocolate, nuts, caramel or with fruits. Brownies are so fancy and variable.

If you love the brownies a lil unbaked, you can reduce the time 10 minutes. So you will have super moist brownies.ginger brownies

Ingredients for Ginger Brownies

170 g of flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
225 g of butter
110 g dark chocolate
250 g of sugar
4 eggs, whisked
pinch of salt
Set:
1 tbsp peanut butter
100 g of chocolate, melted
Baking dish: 32×20

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Melt the butter and chocolate together. Microwave or over the water bath.
Add the sugar and stir well.
Add eggs and whisk. Mix flour with baking powder, ginger and salt and fold into the chocolate mixture.
Pour into a baking paper tray and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Allow to cool and garnish with peanut butter and chocolate.

Note: If you like, you can add 100 g of chopped walnuts to the dough. Tastes great too!
