Every Sunday I craving for fluffy and delicious Whole wheat Pancakes. I think you can not have enough pancake recipes.
You can stack them up, put them on a plate or even pack them in a bowl with lots of fresh fruit.

You can vary the amount of sugar depending on how sweet you like it. I personally always take the small statement, because I usually eat it anyway with maple syrup.

Healthy Whole wheat Pancakes

Ingredients for Whole wheat Pancakes

210 g Whole Wheat Flour, 300 ml oat milk, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, salt, 1 – 2 tbsp of coconut blossom sugar, 2 tbsp non dairy yogurt (almond, coconut or soy)

Method:

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, sugar and salt. Mix milk, yogurt and apple cider vinegar. Add liquid ingredients to the flour mixture. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp of dough.
When the dough gets bubbles turn around. Serve with berries, more yogurt and maple syrup.

So now let the pancakes taste good.
