Fresh summery cocktail!! I love the combination of fruity apricots and sweet strawberries. These are two super yummy fruits. And they fit perfect together. So lets start to make a fresh juicy summer drink…. APRICOT STRAWBERRY LIMES…….
What you need: You need sweet and ripe apricots, strawberries, crushed ice and gin.

Apricot Strawberry Limes with mint leaves and Gin
Ingredients
- ½ Handful frozen strawberries
- 5 apricots
- mint
- 2 cl Gin
- Optional 1 teaspoon sugar or rice syrup
- crushed ice
Instructions
- Blend apricots, strawberries, sugar and 2 ice cubes.
- Add gin and pour it over a glass full of crushed ice.
If you don´t drink alcohol leave it away and pour with sparkling water.
