Raspberry iced tea
Summer is hot this year and we can't get enough of homemade raspberry iced tea! Fresh raspberries and tea.
fresh or frozen goods
tea bags or 2 teaspoons of loose black tea
Put the raspberries, sugar and water in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes until the raspberries crumble. Pour into a bottle through a sieve and let cool. Then put in the fridge.
Place the tea in a bottle (with strainer insert) or a jug and fill with cold water. Put in the fridge and let steep for at least 12 hours.
The next day
Sieve the tea and mix with the raspberry syrup.
Spread the ice cubes in glasses and add the raspberry iced tea.
PS: a new variant is already being tested, be curious.
