Instructions
Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and collect some pasta water (50-100 ml).
Fry the onion and garlic in oil. Add the tofu mince and cinnamon, roast and pepper.
Now add tomato paste and fry as well.
Deglaze with pasta water. Then stir in the passata and ricotta. Simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well.
Place in a large baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. (The baking time may vary depending on the oven)
Serve with plenty of basil and a delicious salad.
