Vegan Panna cotta with mango sauce
An easy to prepared dessert. We enjoy this light vegan panna cotta with fruity mango orange puree.

Ingredients
Panna cotta

ml
coconut milk
sweetened

ml
soy milk

tsp
agar agar
1
tsp
vanilla extrakt

tbsp
sugar
Mango sauce
1
mango or 150 g frozen mango
thawed
Juice of an orange
1
passion fruit
optional: 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
Put coconut milk, soy milk, vanilla, sugar and agar agar in a saucepan and simmer while stirring for 2 minutes. Fill in jars and let cool completely.
For the mango puree, pass the passion fruit through a sieve. Then puree with the mango and orange juice.
Spread the puree on the panna cotta before serving and enjoy.
