spelt flour
type 630 or whole wheat flour (type 1050)

lukewarm water

pack of active dry yeast or 1/2 cube of fresh yeast

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Lightly grease the baking pan and set aside.
Put lukewarm water in a measuring cup and stir yeast and sugar. Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes until the yeast starts to bubble.
As soon as the yeast is activated, add the flour and the apple cider vinegar and mix the dough with a dough hook. Finally, mix in the sunflower seeds.
Grease a 30 centimeter baking tin or line it with baking paper and pour into the dough. Leave in a warm place for 30 to 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Then bake the whole grain bread for 50 to 60 minutes.
Let the bread cool a little and then throw it out of the form.
