Instructions
Grease a 25 cm baking pan and sprinkle with the spelt flakes and quinoa flakes. Put aside.
Put lukewarm water in a large bowl and add the dry yeast, stir with a whisk and let it dissolve.
Mix both types of flour, salt and the seeds together.
Add flour mix and apple cider vinegar in the bowl to the yeast and stir well.
Put the soft liquid dough in the baking pan and sprinkle the surface with some spelt and quinoa flakes.
Place the baking pan in the cold oven and bake at 200 ° C for 60 minutes.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 2 minutes and then let it cool completely on a wire rack.
Enjoy with jam or with fresh sprouts, a little salt and butter.
