Instructions
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into slices. Bake in the oven 15-20 minutes.
Add in the food processor with the rest of the falafel ingredients and mix well.
Shape a tbsp size of the dough in balls and fry in plenty of oil.

Serve with Sriracha sauce and salad.
