Ingredients
1yellow pepperthin strips
1carrotdiced
200gof white beans from the tin
3-4medium sized tomatoesquartered
2clovesof garlic
1onion
Pepper salt
3stems of thyme sprigs
1bay leaf
Pinchof nutmeg
Pinchof cinnamon
PinchCumin
3tablespoonstomato paste
2tbspolive oil
1tbof sunflower oil

180gof pasta
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water al dente and set aside some cooking water.
Cut onion, garlic and vegetables.
Fry onions, garlic in oil. Add the thyme and carrot cubes and stir-fry. Then fry tomato paste and a pinch of sugar for 2 minutes. Deglaze with some pasta water. Then add the peppers, tomatoes, beans and spices. Cook gently for 3-5 minutes and then season with salt. and add some olives.
Put the pasta in a bowl and pour enough sauce over it.
