Today, there is a delicious Sweet and Chili Soup with noodles, which will certainly taste excellent. Easy to made and so delicious!

Ingredients
150gof asian noodles
1zucchini
2carrotsstrips
1small cucumberstrips
2small peppersstrips
1onionrings
1cloveof garlicchopped
20gof fresh ginger
2tbspLee Kum Kee Teriyaki sauce
1tspLee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil
3tbspLee Kum Kee bright soy sauce
1tspmiso paste
1/2tspsalt
750mlof hot water
2tbspcanola oil
1red spring onion
30gfresh coriander
Instructions
Cook the noodles separately according to the package instructions, rinse and set aside. Turn zucchini into Zoodles.
In a saucepan, briefly fry the oils, onion rings, garlic, ginger and miso paste.
Deglaze with hot water and add the Zoodles, bring to a boil with salt, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce to taste.
Continue cooking on a low heat. Add the carrots, pepper strips and cucumber cubes. Remove from heat.
When serving, add the coriander, the finely chopped spring onions and the pre-cooked noodles.

Notes
Tip 1: Cut the Zoodles one or two more times before cooking.
Tip 2: we strips the carrots with a vegetable planed.
Tip 3: you can also cut the herbs and serve them separately to the soup.
Tip 4: Just try different noodles. That´s really fun.
