Blueberry Oatmeal bars with cashew butter

Ingredients
Base:

Filling:

Mix 1 tbsp corn or potato starch with 2 tbsp cold water.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Put all base ingredients in a Moulinex and mix well.
Lay out a brownie (20cmx30cm) with baking paper and spread the mixture on top. Press flat.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Simmer the blueberries, lime juice and sugar for 5 min, add the starch and simmer for 1 min, stirring again and again.
Distribute to the ground.
Topping: Mix the ingredients in the Moulinex and put it over the blueberries and cover with almonds.
Then bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the mold.
