Instructions
Ragout
Melt 1 tbsp butter and a pinch of sugar in a saucepan and add the small sliced ​​vegetables. Steam until translucent and stir in 40 ml of water, cream and sour cream. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and then stir in the fresh herbs.

Add the flour and salt in a big mixing bowl, add milk and sparkling water and finally whisk in the eggs. Add the chopped herbs.
Heat some oil in a pan and bake 8 pancakes one after the other.
Serve pancakes with kohlrabi ragout.
