Apple & blueberry crumble with yogurt or ice cream
Everyone loves crumble. This apple & blueberry crumble with yogurt is always something very special and fine. Pure or with a scoop of ice cream.

Instructions
Grease a casserole dish. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Wash apples, peel and cut into small pieces. Put it with blueberries in a shallow ovenproof dish and mix gently with cornmeal, cinnamon and jam.
Crumble
Mix the rolled oats, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and spelt flour in a bowl.
Stir in butter and make a slightly crumbly mixture.
Spoon the crumble over the fruits and bake until golden brown for 20-25 minutes and the fruits are bubbling.
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve with yoghurt, vanilla sauce or ice cream.
